Slumlords - Promo

Hey, direkt aus dem sonnigen Kalifornien rocken uns die Slumlords eine fetzige Mischung aus Punk und Rock´n Roll in die Bude. Leider liegt mir bisher nur eine 2-Track-Promo vor, doch das Album der Slumlords wird Ende Sommer auf uns zu kommen.

Eine geile Mucke welche uns die Vier Jungs mit einem sexy Mädel am Mikrofon hier reichen, „You Dead“ ist eine kraftvolle Up-Tempo-Hymne und mir kommen Erinnerungen an Bands wie Ironhead oder eben kultige Bands wie Deadboys oder die Sex Pistols in den Sinn.

„Krosstown Mary“ rockt ebenfalls druckvoll und dreckig aus den Speakern.

Oft ist es das bei Bands die eine Sängerin in ihren Reihen führen, man sich von der Optik der Lady ablenken lässt. Sängerin Patsy Decline überzeugt mit einer rauen Röhre und sieht Hammer aus.

Hey, straight from sunny kalifornia comes the rockin´Slumlords into my stereo. An fast mix of old school Punk and good ol fashion Rock´n Roll, is what you get here on this two tracks. An full CD will be released in the end of this summer, so we must enjoy now just 2 Songs.

An hot Music is what the vier boys and the stunning girl on the mic are delivering to us. “You Dead” is an wonderfull Up-Tempo song, that makes you wanna rock. It reminds me to bands like Ironhead or classic stuff, like Deadboys of the Sex Pistols.

“Krosstown Mary” is another dirty ass kickin´piece or Punk´n Roll.

Female singer Patsy Decline is the eye and earcatcher of this band. What an dirty voice, great I love it.
