Pinkie's career since 1989 is already an insanity. Did some believed after the fourth album 1995 „Change“, after the leaving of singer Andi Deris that this was the end of Pink Cream 69. However, that denied the new singer David Readman totally. Their career within the last few years shows a complete success and that you see on the albs which are quite successful and sold much. One album better than the other.
What does a band want to reach actually still more???? With their brandnew album „Thunderdome“ they take off into the atmosphere and strive for something with the name infinity. Pink Cream 69 have it that proves the good Cooperation of the individual members in David Readman (voice), who have a great organ and also writes good lyrics. Adds then Alfred Koffler (guitar), of this we know that he only recently had an apparently incurable illness at his hand and has thought up a game technology of his own now and additional Kosta Zafiriou (drums) who also understand advantageously crafts his skills, then only missing Dennis Ward (bass) actually who produced their albums in the last years himself. For me personal is the „One Size Fits All“ album unsurpassable however some single songs have get my approval with the last albs. On the „Thunderdome“ are for me in front clear the songs „Thunderdome“, „Gods Come Together“, „Carnaby Road“ and „Here I Am“. Excellent are also the little sloping song „Shelter“ and the cover version of The Knack „My Sharona“. As a fan you can choose between two variants. If you want to pay 2 euros more for the Digipack or buy the normal version. Pink Cream please never stopp to produce such great albums, carry on…!
