Late Nite Romeo - Adrenalized

Late Nite Romeo wer wird dass wohl sein? Der ein oder andere denkt vielleicht an eine Late-Night-Show oder einen Rock-Club vielleicht, aber weit gefehlt. Als 1996 mit Late Nite Romeo ein neuer Name in der Heavy-Rock-Szene auftauchte, war auf den ersten Blick die Definition zwischen dem Bandnamen und den powervollen Gitarrenriffs nicht abzusehen. Doch bereits mit der Veröffentlichung des Extraklasse Debut-Albums „Adrenalized“ zeigte die Band, mit welcher Urgewalt die Jungs ans Werk gehen. Dabei werden die Songs von schnellen, aggressiven Rhythmen über Kick Ass Grooves bis hin zu gefühlvollen Balladen belegt. Auch fielen die Reaktionen dementsprechend sehr positiv auf das Album aus und die Band erhielt zahlreiche hervorragende Kritiken. Es folgten jede Menge Auftritte in kleinen Clubs oder auf großen Festivals, aber auch als Special Guests bei bekannten Bands wie Uriah Heep, Ten, Gotthard oder TM Stevens fand die Band durch überzeugende Shows ihr Publikum und gewannen viele neue Fans hinzu. Auch nach etlichen aufgetretenen Biker-Festivals mit dem Song „Wild and Wicked“, der übrigens auf dem Sampler „Freewheelin“-Best of Biker Rock“ (mit Doc Holliday, Stahl, Hand Davidson uva.) vertreten ist, legten sie volle Erfolge nieder. Die Haupteinflüsse ihrer Musik liegen ganz stark bei Accept. Hört sich doch offensichtlich der Track „Eyes of a Killer“ glatt an wie Gotthards „She goes Down“. Der Song „Evil Heart“ hört sich sehr speedy an und kann auch von einer Band wie Metallica oder Slayer gesungen worden sein. Late Nite Romeo zeigen uns mit diesem Hammeralbum, dass sie alle Sparten der Rockmusik erreichen können. Tolle sehr kraftvolle Rhythm-Gitarren grooven hier nur so up and down und mit Jox außergewöhnlicher Stimme macht das ganze Album zu etwas besonderem einem „Highlight“. Dieses Album solltet ihr wirklich nicht verpassen.

Late Nite Romeo, who´s that? The one or another maybe would like to think it´s a Late-Night-Show or maybe a Rock-Club, but sorry it´s far from. When they appear in 1996 as a new Name in the Heavy-Rock-Scene, wasn´t foreseeing look up on the first one the definition between the bandname and the powerful guitarriffs. Already with the release from the extra class Debut albums „Adrenalized“ show the band with which elemental force the guys works. The songs are verified by fast, aggressive rhythms about kick ace Grooves up to sensible ballads. Also the reactions turned out correspondingly very positive on the album and the band received numerous outstanding reviews. It follows alot of Gigs in small clubs or on big Festivals, but also as special guests to famous bands like Uriah Heep, Ten, Gotthard or TM Stevens the band found their audience by convincing shows and won many new fans there. Even after quite a few appearances on Biker-Festivals with the Track „Wild and Wicked“, who is by the way on the sampler „Freewheelin“-Best of Biker Rock“ (with Doc Holliday, Stahl, Hand Davidson andsoon...) represented, they gave complete successes up. The main influences of its music lie quite strongly with Accept. Listen to the Track „Eyes of a Killer“ and you think it sounds like Gotthards „She goes Down“. The Track „Evil Heart“ is very speedy and a band like Metallica or Slayer also can have been singing. Late Nite Romeo show us with this hammer album, that they can reach all divisions of the rock music. Very great powerful rhythm-guitar grooves are here only in such a way up and with Jox unusual terrific voice makes the whole album to something very special“ highlight“. This album you shouldn´t pass.
