English Original Version:
South of the border (Mexico) the land of Aztecs and sombreros comes Fahrenheit. This band is not the traditional Mexicans. This band rocks with power metal. Not many metal bands coming out of Mexico these days. But things look to change with the addition of Fahrenheit. They have a 5 track release called EPIC ENTER. Seven members are Fahrenheit (like a mini orchestra) . Two vocalists one male one female, 2 guitarists, bass, drums and keyboards. Three of the 5 songs are over 7 minutes long and worth the listen. Dark Storm starts things off with big bass drums with melodic keyboards being added. About 60 seconds into the song you get speed but still melodic with guitar added. Together the song comes together very nicely. Hearing both singers at different times in the song is properly done. Track two The Sea has some drawbacks. Guitar should of been brought out more. Has a slight muffle to the music. But I really liked the echoing of Karla Andujo. Wandering Still is the worst track on the disc. has no direction. Music is going one direct with the vocals by Luis Armendariz in another. Ride with the moon has the same problem. But the music is more superior on Ride with the moon. Guitars are still pushed to the background. The last track The war I wage. Why did I have to wait for the best track on the cd to be last. This is one great song. Both vocalists put it all together here. Vocalist Karla Reminds me of Amy Lee from Evanescence,Guitars just kicking ass. The band really gels on this tune.
