Chainsaw - Smell the Saw

So da hat mir mein Brieffreund aus Japan wieder eine CD geschickt, von der ich voll überzeugt bin. Obwohl ich Anfangs doch etwas skeptisch aus der Wäsche schaute. Aber Chainsaw sind einfach nur Kult, hier wird der Heavy Metal noch gelebt und zwar mit jeder Phase und in jeder Sekunde. Es fängt schon mit dem herrlichen Cover an, die Vier Jungs aus den Niederlanden wissen ganz genau was man zum Glücklich sein braucht. Nennt mich sexistisch ich mag solche Cover hahaha. Auch optisch geben sich die Vier „Kettensägen-Fetischisten“ wie eine Band aus den 80zigern. Leder, Kutten und Nieten, so soll es sein. Auch der Sound von Chainsaw klingt wie ich ihn liebe. Ich fühle mich erinnert an Zeiten als man noch hinter jeder Scheibe, den nächsten Kracher erwarten konnte. Die Niederlande haben ja in den 80zigern so manche geile Metal-Band ausgespuckt und in der Tradition von Angus, Defender oder auch Vortex bieten uns Chainsaw geilen Metal. Ohne Kompromisse rifft man sich durch 11 Kracher.

Humor kommt bei der Band auch nicht zu kurz, man braucht nur durch das bunte Booklet zu blättern und schon kann man sich ein Grinsen nicht verkneifen. Aber da mir solche Bands wie Infernö, Hammerhawk oder Gehennah sehr gut gefallen, haben auch Chainsaw gute Chancen bei mir. Leute welche ihre CDs nach den aktuellen Playlists diverser Musiksender oder Magazinen aussuchen, dürften wohl mit „Smell the Saw“ eine Bauchlandung machen. Aber Fans welche bei dem Namen der oben erwähnten Kult-Bands aus den Niederlanden das Wasser im Mund zusammenläuft sollten schnell zu www.chainsaw.nl surfen und sich „Smell the Saw“ bestellen.

Absolut geile Stücke sind hier auf jeden Fall „Nightmare World“ oder das witzige „She wants to get laid“ (witziger Text) oder auch das flotte „Roadrage“ rechtfertigen den Kauf dieser CD. Soweit wie ich das sehen konnte bieten Chainsaw ihre Scheibe auch als Vinyl an.

Eine geile, neue Band sind Chainsaw auf alle Fälle, sie tragen den Spirit der 80ziger in diese Zeit ohne aufgesetzt zu klingen. Mit sicher derben Humor kann die Band das Herz der Underground-Fans erobern.

My pen pal from Japan sent again an CD, which I am fully convinced. Although I looked beginning nevertheless somewhat sceptically at this band . But Chainsaw are simply only cult, here the Heavy Metal are still lived with each phase and in each second. Without compromises one rifft oneself by 11 absolut Burnners.

Humor is also know to this band, if you watch at the 4-coloured Booklet, you can see an smile on our face, lots of funny pictures. But I lke such bands as Infernoe, Hammerhawkand Gehannah , also Chainsaw have good chances with me.
