English Version:
The Debut of "Branded Women" offers a sound, which one did not hear so so far yet. It sounds like mixes from AOR/Melodic Rock and early 70's sounds. From the instruments the acoustic guitar and the keyboard outweigh. Most concisely however the very good voice of the singer Katja with the Songs, who gives the Songs only their character, is. The songs are very calmly and stimmig played nearly all. It swings often a large portion of melancholy also. Best the album is suitable for it beautiful moments to probably enjoy, for example a sunset; but one could allude then the piece of number six "Sunbather". To emphasize so correctly however no Song leaves itself. The songs slide very harmoniously from a piece to the next over and it are probably intended that one glides after a few minutes in dreaming. Unfortunately there is number five "Worth Living" in addition, a negative exception with song; because slides here otherwise the perfect mix from 80's AOR and early 70's sounds strongly toward 70's off and much melody remains on the distance. That works between the very gentle sounds of the remaining pieces already nearly like the elephant in the porcelain shop. Altogether "velvet Hours is suitable - Stolen of moment" perfectly for friends of the very calm Rock. I personally would wish me however for the next album also times or two somewhat harder and faster pieces, because the girls (and the boy!) have in any case promising talent
