English Version:
The name „Biohazard“ is connected with memories in the past, it’s eleven years ago, since I have bought „Stage of the World Address“ in this time and somehow didn’t know, should I like what the guys play or just not. The second work, that came into my possession, was „New World Disorder“ five years later and already this eased me some more. Well, wide six years later I hold the departure album of „Biohazard“ in the hands and I ask myself the same question how in 1994. The style from the Brooklyn coming band hasn’t changed itself meanwhile, there yet fly the aggressive hardcore salvos around the ears too. New York seems to be the metropolis for hardcore, the lyrics of such band always are very social critic and have a message. When I tend more to sex, drugs & rock’n’roll, I know to preciate, that „Biohazard“ reflect itself, if they do music. Maybe „Joey“ from „Manowar“ should hisself let some inspire, the „Sword“ and „Brother“ lyrics are worn out anytime. But let’s come back again to talk about „Means to End“, there the guys offer us noblest hardcore with songs like „My Life, My Way“, „Filled with Hate“ or „Break it Way from Me“, which brings the mosh pit for sweating. I yet can’t start much personal with it, there the new „Madball“ disc pleases me some more. The melodies on „Means to End“ come to short in my eyes, I rather listen to the „New World Disorder“ work, what brings me more in enthusiasm. „Means to An End“ is surely the right for the fans, the guys about singer „Evan Seinheld“ go back to the roots and bang like they would be 20 again. The history of „Biohazard“ drawed many drug-excesses and ups and downs, they sold their albums million like in their best days. Let’s take departure with „Means to End“ from a band, which was contested since lifetimes and nevertheless they have made a lot of people happy. (Translation by Dominic)
