English Version:
Unfortunately, Jeff water doesn’t seem to know quite what he’d like, I can’t explain else the last Annihilator-albums. Was „Carnival Diablos“ a killer with light modern inserts, I couldn’t generally win nothing more of „Waking the Fury“. I even haven’t listened first to the live-album and now here I sit with „All for You“. First the most important, singer Dave Padden is new at the band and meanwhile I really don’t care, who sings there. His predecessor Joe Comeau had pleased me quite good. It’s partly because of Dave Padden, that „All for You“ lays cross in front of Solar Plexus, or how that names. His performance is partly good and you have right fun in the songs (Both of me- a long piece with great melody), but then he sings convulsive and yet tries to sound crazy, that I ask myself, is all ok yet? Listen after at „Dr. Psycho“. The nice song „Bled“ yet belongs with to the highlights of new new Annihilator-album and the rushing fast „Rage Absolute“ dare inspire the people too, the boredom sneaks slowly in, like the motto: Everything how habituated in the guitar reach. Already to prevent this boredom grisps Mr. Waters longer back on the modern play and tries to win a younger audience. But this doesn’t work so right, it yet was on the „Carnival“-album in representative paths, you overstate it on „Waking the Fury“. Then „All for You“ lays somewhere in the centre of both predecessors. You venture yourself on a wash-real ballad, who has sound a little bit sloping in the beginning, but has made mild after diverse run throughs. By the way this song will personal singed again of Jeff Waters. He had already proven on two albums that the can do this and the question comes back in my mind again, why doesn’t he make everything self? You are almost inspired of the couple nice songs, so you bring us back on the ground of facts again with the chopping and modern sounding „The Nightmare Factory“. Already Annihilator don’t seem to be a right band anymore, that Jeff Waters has done everything alone till on drums and singing. You have to deal with, that Annihilator never issue an album like „King of the Kill“ or „Never, Neverland“ again, I first don’t talk about the genius debut. It makes me right sad, but I’d say, you should rather put Annihilator ad acta. (Translation by Dominic)
