Phil Hill: First Victim in the Sleaze-Pit !!
Liebe Sleazer/innen, heute startet eine neue Sektion bei Sleaze-Metal.com, die sich „The Sleazy Pit“ nennt. Es handelt sich um Interviews mit ein wenig „speziellen“ Fragen, „just for fun“ stellen sich hier Künstler unseren Fragen. Je nach dem wie erfolgreich die Sektion wird, werden wir sie dann weiter ziehen. Als erstes Opfer stellt sich hier „Phil Hill“ von der Italienischen Sleaze/Glam Band „Black Hill“ meinen Fragen. Ihr könnt mir jederzeit ein Feedback geben ,wie euch der Style des Interviews gefällt. „Black Hill“ wurden von den Lesern von „Sleaze-Metal“ zur No1 Newcomer Band 2004 gewählt, in diesem Sinne: Congratulation „Black Hill“ Nun wünsche ich euch viel Spass mit „Phil Hill im Sleaze Pit“!

Phil, willkommen im „Sleaze-Pit“, als erstes möchte ich dir zu eurem „Nasty Nights“ Demo gratulieren, ein wirklich gutes „Piece of Glam“. Das letzte mal hast du dich den Fragen von Brian gestellt, nun wird es einwenig lustiger lieber Phil, so fangen wir am besten gleich mal an. Erzähl mir bitte einwenig über die Sleaze/Glam Szene in Italien, mit den „Hollywood Killerz“ oder „Platens“ habt ihr durchaus coole Acts dort. Leider kennt man aus Italien eher den „Rhapsody, Labyrinth“ Power Metal. (Die seid Jahren ihre eigenen Alben covern) Was geht ab im Pizzaland?
Im Pizza Land ist alles verdammt geil, Peperoni und Schinken spielen gut zusammen mit dem Make up, hahahaha.
Ich denke in Italien hat es unzählige gute Bands, Festivals alles was das Rock Herz begehrt.
Es ist die beste Zeit für eine Band wie wir aber ich denke die Labels haben Angst solche Bands zu finanzieren (fuck them)
Das ist einwenig traurig, ich bin deiner Meinung, die ganzen Power/EpicMetal Bands gehen mir genauso auf den Sack. Was soll’s, we wanna fucking rock!!!!!
Kannst du mir ein paar andere gute Italo Sleaze/Glam Bands aufzählen die man kennen sollte?
Es tut mir leid, ich mache keine Werbung für andere Bands, ich schaue nur zu meinen fucking Jungs, das ist eine Black Hill Regel. Es gibt nur zu sagen das es einige geile Bands hier hat, das sollte reichen.
Ok, in den 80er war es doch einfach, man hatte lange Haare, spielte in einer Band und schon standen die Weiber schlange. Wie schaut das heute in einer Band aus mit Sex Drugs and Rock n Roll?

Was ist dein Lieblings Rock Star und welches das grösste Arschloch im Musik Business?
Der grösste verrückteste Rockstar Typ ist sicherlich Axl Rose, ich bin mit seiner Musik aufgewachsen, er veränderte mein Leben. Es interessiert mich nicht was andere Leute sagen, man redet auch nach 12 Jahren in dehnen er nichts mehr gemacht hat, immer noch von ihm. Das ist ein ROCKSTAR!!
Das grösste Arschloch ist er aber sicherlich auch, aber das gilt für die ganze Musik Industrie. Es geht ihnen einfach immer nur ums Geld. Diese Business Typen sollten mal ihre Töchter nur für eine Nacht bei uns lassen, die könnten ihren Alten dann einige Dinge lernen von dehnen sie nichts wussten.
Du arbeitest an einem neuen Demo?
Ja, wir nehmen unsere 7 alten Songs, packen sie auf ein neues Demo mir 2-3 neues Songs. Natürlich wird alles von unserem neuen Frontman eingesungen.
Oh ihr habt einen neuen Sänger, was ist das für einer?
Ja, er ist 25 und kommt aus Vanice. Der Typ kommt aus der Metal Szene, das einzige was er machen muss ist sich Make Up ins Gesicht zu schmieren, dann ist er bereit für den Sleaze.
Wie schaut es mit einem Plattenvertrag aus? Perris Records wäre doch was oder nicht?
Ja, wird sind dran MP3’s an eine neue Plattenfirma aus den USA zu schicken (Retrospectrecords) Die Typen glauben an und vor allem ein Typ namens *Joe* will uns da weiterhelfen. Ich glaube er kooperiert auch mit Perris Records. Die haben uns übrigens mal nach einem Demo gefragt, wir werden ihnen so bald als möglich auch eines schicken.
Ok Phil, hier hast du eine Zeitmaschine, nun bin ich mal gespannt wo hin die Reise führt Alder?

Phil I want to thank you for the interview and congratulations for your Demo called „ Nasty Nights” in my opinion this is a great piece of Glam Metal. Now I have some funny questionz for you. Last time you have done the interview with Brian, now we make a little sick interview, I hope you like my questionz.First, tell me a little bit about the Sleaze/Glam scene in Italy, I know some bands like Hollywood Killerz or Plattens (Dario Grillo former Squeezy Boyz singer) but they are not soooo big like the Italy Power Metal Bands “Rhapsody” or “Labyrinth” (in my opinion they make boooring sound since yearz). What’s goin on in the land of pizza Phil?

Seriously i think that in Italy we got tons of bands wich are doin' really good, a lot of bands, gigs, festivals and meeting for this genre lovers.....
This is the best time to get this shit started, or now or never even if i think that labels and all the people that controls the music by the top (fuck them) are a little bit scared of financin this kinda bands.
This is really sad, we' ll see even cause power/epic/melodic metal fulls my balls too !!..no way, we wanna fuckin' rock !!!

The new demo includes the old seven songs plus 2/ 3 maybe four songs, we' ll see maybe before Summer.....It Depends by the new singer !

We are about to send an mp3 with the two new songs to a distribuition labe called Retrospectrecords from U.S...
We had plenty of problems so it's takin a lot befor sendin it but the guy (Joe) is really cool and patiently and believe in us...
