When did the band start?
The band did start playing', partying and drinking in the 1998 just to have some fun and play the music that we always been in love with.
Were you all friends?
Yes even because our little town is not really like L.A. so everyone knows each other.....especially among rockers...
Did any band members play in other bands before Black Hill and what bands were they. Also did they release any material?
Yeah but just our guitar and bass player that were playing in a Metal band but they didn't release anything.....
What are each members favorite Groups?
Our influences comes from the 80’s L.A. scene...the music, the attitude, the lifestyle just amazing, we are so in love with Motley Crue, G n 'R and L.A. Guns....
This is your first release .How long did it take to record?
Actually we recorded 4 songs before '' Nasty Nights'' in a promo called '' Black Hill that includes '' Bitch'', '' Granma glam'' ,'' Traffic Light'' ,'' Give my money back ''...... this one has been recorded in 2 days and the second one '' Nasty Nights'' in 10.....
Strange Days is just an amazing song. It has been compared to a ballad by the Scorpions. I really enjoyed listening over and over again. When you play this song live how is the response?
This song works so good with girls!!!!...I tell you, when we play live this song we add the drum and it’s sounds a little bit rude but it maintains its romance and sad feelings...
The band sounds a lot like the US bands Spread Eagle and Legs Diamond have you heard of them?
Just the Spreads but I think they sounds al little bit rude. btw they rock!
Nasty Nights was put out in 2002 do you have new material on the way?
Yep, we just finished recording’ our two new tunes '' Dirty Doll and Get a job....the first one is a concept ' bout a chick which I fell in love with and she didn't give a fuck bout me, the second one talks about a really shy guy and a hot girl...really funny...we always speak about sex, parties and ironic stuff...and of course booze .....
Have you been touring at all?
Actually we been touring in many places and the crowds always digs our shows even if they were'nt into hard glam rock at all. this thing rocks!
Who came up with the bands name and is there a meaning behind it?
Black Hill is the name of our district where we all grew up.
Can you give some insight of the equipment the band uses?
I play Sonar drums with Zildjan cymbals, the other gangsters uses Engl amplifiers, Gibson guitars, Fender bass, Trace Elliot amps. special feature Pampero, Bombay, Gordon, Miller and many chemical effects.....
What do you see in the future for Black Hill?
A full length release totally B.H style and a lot of shows all over Italy from the North to South…hoping to get over to your place just to rock the land and have fun....
